Sharing my Console Error

TL;DR Im new and think my timegate bugged out or something, but I am effectively trapped in my blessings screen. Venting since I'm not playing.

Some noob backstory; I play on PlayStation 4 and am relatively new to Idle Champions. I received a timegate piece per day for the last week and now have the most timegate pieces (9 of them) I have ever had at one time. Whenever I have the application closed on my PlayStation, I am offline farming if I am in a mission. When I return from offline farming, the game gives me a pop up informing me of how much gold I gained and how many waves I progressed while offline and amount of time I was offline. If I have progressed beyond the wave required for completion, then I would also be given a pop up informing me that I finished this mission and allowing me to leave or continue. As a side note, I also am taken to the Blessings tab to convert blessings if an event ended while I was offline farming.

I was offline farming, like I usually do, and when I returned the game gave me the popup telling me I completed the mission but since I was farming Favor, I hit circle and declined the popup. I also exited the other popup informing me of my progress while offline. I was then taken to the Blessings Tab, as if it wanted me to convert Favor. However, after checking, I did not have any Favor to convert. I could not back out using circle nor the touch pad. I could not change tabs with L1/R1. Since I was stuck in the Blessings Tab, I went ahead and closed application so that I could re-open it.

When I reopened the application, I exited out of both the completion popup and the progress popup but I was yet again met with the Blessings Tab that I could not exit from. After attempting it another time, I simply accepted the mission exit via the completion popup, effectively ending the mission. I thought that an event must have ended or something (keep in mind, I am relatively new) and that was why it insisted that I convert favor.

When back at the main map, I pressed square (which opens the TimeGate window) and the Timegate popup told me that, "a free Timegate would be available in: " and with nothing under it, I assumed there was no timer/countdown. I pressed x to view available champions and saw 3 champions (1 of which I have [Zorbu] and 2 I do not [Gromma, Briv]). I chose Briv and immediately noticed that my Timegate piece count went from 9 down to 3, so I had failed hard and actually opened a personal timegate. But it's no big deal, because I think that I DO need Briv so I might as well just do it, AND I will still have 3 Timegate Pieces so I can do my first Patron.

After I started Briv's mission I'm not sure exactly what I did, if anything, (it was last night) but Briv's mission also has the Blessings Tab opening and I was unable to exit the tab. Since I have the Helm favor that I was farming, I attempted to spend it but I cannot press circle to back out of the Helm menu nor tab to another tab and am therefore effectively stuck on the Blessings Tab. I am in my free timegate and wasting pieces and will not unlock Briv at this rate :( . I've been stuck on the blessings tab all day.

I'm not sure what happened but I was able to send an ingame ticket last night before I got off but thought it was fixed, so I told them in the ticket that even if someone read it to not worry about the ticket until after the holidays. Now all day today the blessings tab is the only thing popping up and I cannot do anything, I cannot play at all, I sent an email letting them know but likely won't hear back until after the new year. It's unfortunate but I guess I SHOULD spend time with the family. I'm not sure why it's trapping me in the blessings tab but oh well, it's just 6 timegate pieces, hopefully the ticket comes back and I can either get the timegate pieces back or redo Brivs timegate.
