Woke up full of Holiday cheer...

Rolled over to hug my LLH, he had his back to me... I hugged him, rubbed his arm. An attempt at any sort of affection or acknowledgement.

He pretended to be asleep, non reception. Cat jumps on the bed, he starts petting, her.

Tearing up, I pull away and get up. He then turns over, what are you doing he asks, then says Merry Christmas.

Yeah.... Merry Christmas.

I go into the washroom and wipe away my tears, and blow my nose and try to appear as though his actions don't hurt...but they do.

I give up!
