Thoughts on Neewers RGB light kits?

I already have an aputure 120D but am buying some budget lights for a family member to do some promotional videos for them. I purchased a Godox SL-60 and light box with a C stand. As secondary lights I am looking at Neweers 50W 660PRO RGB lights. Neweer seems to make decent budget options and I’ve used their panels before and they give good enough results. I would also be wanting to use these RGB lights for personal projects and photography aswell as the built in light modes for short films. Has anyone used Neweers RGB lights and what do you think? Is there other options in that price point ?
