2020 Donruss optic race day relics SP question.

I have not collected Nascar stuff In a long time and the mood struck me to grab a lone Donruss pack while at the checkout line last night. I ended up pulling a Martin Truex Jr race day relics race-used tire with a rubber "hair" on it still. Now I was perusing eBay and came across a listing of the exact card which also had a piece of rubber "hair" on it. The listing called this card an SP. I know baseball and football sometimes have sp cards that are not numbered but I was thinking is he calling this an SP because of the rubber "hair" that is still on the piece of tire or is the card an actual SP?
