[PA] Over-Ear bluetooth headphones for daily use, $200 budget

Looking for portable over-ear headphones to use daily. My budget is $200 but can stretch it out a bit. I use my headphones with my laptop, tablet and phone on a daily basis so I would like it to be able to pair to 3 devices. Usb-c charging is a must and ofc the more battery life the better, but I can live with smaller battery life if it means charging by usb-c. I don't want noise cancelling as I tried it and it is uncomfortable for me.

I looked at the at the bose soundlink wireless headphones but they don't charge by usb-c

Any suggestions are appreciated
