Availability troubles

So I’m looking to start building my first PC, one of my pals said a 3060 would be a good fit with my budget. However, with the availability of the 30 series, I’m wondering if there are any reasonably priced alternatives. Or what graphics cards would you recommend for someone trying to play games like subnautica
