Enjoyed my Quest 2 while controllers worked for a week

I need to be convinced this is worth fighting for. I played the games, I got hooked I was having so much fun.

Until after finishing a beat sabre song one day and noticing my left sabre was offset and no longer aligned with my hand. I restarted the game, restarted the oculus quest 2 but it did not fix itself.

After the restart, the left controller was no longer being found by the headset. I went to see if it was still paired and it was. I then decided to unpair and re-pair it with the headset - huge mistake, the headset would no longer pair the left controller and it took hours and countless tries to pair it again.

Now its paired. I logged into beat sabre and did one song. I then shut the headset off to go try in my living room to see if it works there as well. The left controller could no longer be found in my living room. Now back in my office, where it worked minutes ago - it does not find the left controller still.

Sometimes it does find it, but the tracking seems completely off and the controller is simply stuck in the middle of the guardian play area regardless where my hand is.

Oculus support is utterly useless. I see them reply here and act like professionals but NO ONE seems to have any resemblance of understanding my problem much less fixing it. All I get from them is steps on how to pair controllers, change batteries, etc. Extremely frustrated.

I see a lot of folks having those issues dating back to 2019.

How is it you guys can enjoy this product? Have you never encountered such issues (I could maybe get a replacement unit?) Do you guys have a way of fixing things?

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
