CPU not performing as expected

So I recently upgraded my PC from an intel i5 9400F to an i7 9700K and from a GeForce RTX 1660 to a GeForce RTX 3070 and my frames on fortnite went from about 120 to 180 but on Warzone my frames dropped from about 120 to 100. My CPU response time on warzone is about 13 ms which seems awfully high. I’ve already done the automatic tuning for the GPU on GeForce experience but I didn’t know if I needed to do something for the processor to make it run better and faster. I just feel like I should be getting better frames on warzone after upgrading.
