Where to farm gear now?

Just got to 50 and finishing exalted dreamstones. Found out the gauntlet farm was patched. Do I just keep repeating the hardest dreamstone I can do for farming gear? I tried the tower and didn’t even make it to level 10 so I think I need to up my gear.
