Runs Poorly after a year?

Haven’t played in about a year-ish. Redownloaded the game to play the dlc and I’m getting really consistent frame drops and lag (lowering settings doesn’t change). A little strange because this game ran like butter when I played it on my older computer. Solutions or tips?
