Issue flybywire a320 + rudder

i recently downloaded the famous flybywire mod, the mod has continuous problems, during the tight turns it jumps the waypoints and the plane begins to circle forcing me to navigate via hdg, often when I open / close the landing gear the plane swooping / spinning

have others of you encountered the same problems? is there a fix?

with the latest update of mfs the behavior of the rudders has changed, before update they centered automatically , now after pressing the macred key for L/R rudder they don't center automatically , fix?
