Is there a bug? Board locked at 30+

Some texture: two instances yesterday where my teammate and I got past lvl30 Bedlam. However in 31 and 32 I could not combine troops. I wasn’t disconnected because I could upgrade troop levels with elixir but no troops would layer on one another. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had the same bug with zealot just leave the game and reconnect without closing the game
