Well, there's wives who happen to be stay at home wives/decide to fulfill many historically wifey roles. They're perfectly ok and probably what most people think when they hear traditional wife.
Then there's the "tradwife" pieces of shit women on youtube on and other places on the internet who think that marital rape doesn't exist, say women should always listen to their husbands, promote purity culture, and quite honestly should get back in the kitchen that they're working to get women confined to.

My opinion is that people do what they feel comfortable with. If my wife wanted to be a stay at home wife that's fine. Lol she would just have to accept that paydays nowadays don't go as far as they used to.
