Are these mad tight like the uniform nylon shorts from summer? I’m a true L in everything except those shorts I had to size up to XL.

I'd say TTS I'm usually a medium but thought these would be maybe smaller than the size but ended up being a little too big for me. But not sure how they compare to the uniform nylon shorts.
