Pls help check if this is fake or not. It will be helpful if u could point out things to look out for. This is from a private seller. Also, the cap can't be twisted? Is that a feature only on the 100ml? This is a mini travel bottle of 12.5ml.

If you’re thinking it’s fake because of poor performance, it may just be that the EDT is known for being a bit underwhelming in performance.
Still a good fragrance. The Parfum is one of my favorites. Super classy good for winter and fall dress up
As far as identifying a fake, it depends on where you got it from, also there should be plenty of info available on legitimizing these bottles.
But as another user has indicated, there’s not much point in faking 12.5ml bottles. Waste of resources for a scammer, not high enough return on investment.
With the larger bottles, the fakes I saw were obvious because they’re mDe without the twist up caps that Hermes uses. They also didn’t have the orange glass at the bottom .
IDK if the 12.5 has these feature or not, so that won’t help much.
Because there's quite alot of fakes in both 5ml and 12.5ml sizes from Malaysia.
Well, tell us what is making you think that it’s fake.
The cap isn't twist style. Also the inner glass isn't perfectly proportionate
My large size bottle the glass looks slightly imperfect. As for the twist top, IDK if the 12.5 are supposed to have it or not. I’d guess not.

I have a 12.5 ml mini from a gift set .... they don’t come with the twist cap like the 100ml bottle if that’s your concern

If I was going to make counterfeit fragrances I wouldn't waste my time on small sizes like that.
Actually there's quite a few fakes from Malaysia in 5ml and 12.5ml sizes.
Those damn Malaysians.
They make fakes of alot of miniatures so now I'm wary even of buying miniatures. Armani, Hermès, LV, Versace, Paco rabanne,Dior and even bloody CK lol.
Ugh humans suck. I had never even thought about fragrances being counterfeited until I got a fake bottle of Eros Flame off of eBay. Then I ordered one from Walmart.com not realizing it was from a third party seller and it was fake too! I did finally get a real one for Christmas though lol.
