I get mine closer to 4:18 where the orchestra drops out. Also at 1:52, where suddenly a 6/8-ish time signature gives way to 4/4 seemingly out of nowhere. There's something about the line, "I climbed the shroud to the top-sail and I peeked through the glass / The curvature bisected by the wintry mizzen mast," that really gets me too. I love this album.

Yeah I got my goosebumps the same as yours. More at 4:18 than 4:40.

Was this part onwards used in an advert does anyone know? It sounds really familiar out of context, and I haven't listened to the whole song much from the album.

Also, if anyone gets a chance to see Owen Pallett live, please go. He is fantastic with just himself, a violin, and a bunch of loop pedals.

Glad to see somebody posted this. One of my favorite songs by my absolute favorite artist.

Also, you should all check out some of the good quality live versions on Youtube. He uses a violin, a keyboard, and a looping station, but it doesn't lose any of its complexity. Here is one with Thomas Gill, who toured with him for a while and here is one of him playing it alone. I should stop now before I get carried away, but also listen to E is For Estranged from the same album and Song Song Song from his second album, He Poos Clouds. Or really just anything he has written. I really like Owen Pallett.
