[588] OL' BARLEY

A retelling of an old Ozark folk tale.

This one is a bit of an experiment for me. I rarely write in “micro fiction” form.

I'll gladly take any and all feedback, but in particular I'd love to know what you think of (a) the colloquial language used and (b) the brevity / amount of "tell vs show" of the piece.
