Male Dumpers, I have Questions

Genuinely curious, as I went through a break up earlier this month. I was the dumpee, and there was no bad blood in the breakup. He simply didn’t feel the spark anymore, and wasn’t falling in love. It’s sad, but I’ve accepted it and am moving forward with my life, but I have to ask... Do male dumpers just get over it right away? Do they think about their exes? Do they miss them? (Not necessarily romantically). I suppose I don’t want to feel so replaceable, or at least like I was worth grieving.

Just looking for some thoughts or anecdotes, thanks in advance!
