Zoom from "flashpoint paradox" and "hell to pay"

Wanted to ask.. When Batman kills zoom, zoom does something im his last miliseconds. What universe is hell to pay set across? Like was it the main universe? New 52 (which shouldn't be)? Where does zoom go in his last moment?
