Help please

I jumped on Sephora app but the app told me to join the insider and then when I check my account there are my email and address but my BD is not specified? I could see my old orders and loves list fine. WTF? I tried sign out and back in but not working. I didnt see any helpful information on their website so please if anyone had this issue before how can I fix this? I’m little salty because I need to go sleep. Happy new year!
