Can someone help me with this spirit in my room?

So for a very long time now, there’s been this spirit that’s been following me around since I was very little. It’s always been very active in my rooms specifically. I decided, at 4 in the morning, that I would ask what this spirit wanted, since I couldn’t sleep. I could feel something standing by the side of my bed, and hear noises from that one side of the room, and from the corner of my eye saw what looked like a woman try and crawl into my bed. I asked with my pendulum, they said they were a good spirit and didn’t want to harm me, then I confronted my tarot deck and asked what it wanted and what I could do to help it, double checked to make sure my cards were right, they were. They want love. I asked if they could get help from a different person, they said yes, but want me specifically to help them. They want love. I asked what I could do to help them, and pulled the King of Rods card. I am so utterly confused... can anyone help me?

Also I’m not sure if this is important, but when I was younger there used to be a little girl in a blue dress that looked like Alice from Wonderland, follow me every time I went to my dads house and watch over me, since he was kinda abusive. She always “teleported” through my closets, which instilled a deep fear of closest into me. Funnily enough the spirit I’m talking with also is very active on the side of my room where my closet is. I can feel it look over my shoulder from that side of the room while I type this as well... I’m so very confused..
