Scene cut in the first movie?

Just started the first movie thanks to seeing posts here all day! Got to the wardrobe fashion show scene and started thinking about how it's weird they show Lily with the handbags and.. nude? But then it went from Carrie in the Tutu dress to the girls packing the boxes! Scene cut! Is that how it is on anyone elses streams?
