Yet another Steam Survey Linux question/rant

I use mainly Linux, on February/March I built a new PC, I've barely used Windows, I'd say 1% of the time, and I'm not exaggerating.

I start Windows once in a while, mostly for updates or to test Windows-only software for some reason. I rarely play on Windows, and by rarely I mean 20 hours top during the whole 2020.

I've never ever received a Steam Survey on Linux, today I launch Steam on Windows and I get the survey.

Why?
Is it broken? Is it really by chance?

I've always had the feeling that I rarely/never receive the survey on Linux and mostly I get it on Windows, which I barely use.
