can someone help convince me to shower please?

i always have a hard time getting myself to shower. usually the longest i go is a week but it's been 9 days now and i keep saying to myself, when i go to sleep, that i'll do it in the morning but then i can't talk myself into it when i wake up. and i talk myself out of it at night saying, my hair will still be damp by the time i'm tired enough to go to sleep and i "can't" sleep on wet hair. idk, i'm just struggling. anyways, thanks guys
