My name is Allan Aguirre, today marks 4 years of covering MTV's the Challenge. Ask Me Anything!
Hi, so I started covering the Challenge on January 1st, 2017. I believe I wrote a player preview about Tony for Invasion. It was terrible, and most of my articles for the first couple years were. Nonetheless, my blog's traffic grew exponentially, especially as the articles began to improve, and I thank this Subreddit for that.
In four years, I covered 8 seasons (Invasion, D30, Vendettas, Final Reckoning, WOTW1, WOTW 2, Total Madness, and now Double Agents), as well as 3 spinoffs. I've gotten to interview or interact with almost every relevant Challenger who has competed since 2017, either via interviews, or Twitter DMs, or insider tea that I work so hard to keep to myself.
Today, I ask you to ask me anything. If you have any Challenge-related questions, I likely have thoughts about it and will have an answer for you. If you want my objective thoughts, I will give them to you. If you want my subjective thoughts, I will give them to you. Or if you want to ask me about other stuff like Food, Wrestling, Basketball, TV, Movies, Survivor, Big Brother, myself, etc. Go for it.
Thank you all for four amazing years. I started writing in a somewhat down time in life, and this Subreddit has uplifted me more times than I can count at this point.
