What benzo, if used each 2 days or more, is less probably of doing damage withdrawal wise?

I believe this is a question most of us have, specially those who experienced any level of benzo withdrawals.

Me myself Love valium. I Just dont know what to think about the Following facts:

The longer and stronger a benzo stays active in the receptor and more often, there is more damage being done.

So what would be worse: xanax with extreme short half life, or valium that stays in your system 200h with a very long half life?

Whoever read this, please elaborate your knowledge or experience upon doing benzos in a rate that it could turn into a problem or not ('Gaba receptor' wise)
