Out of box Jpeg Settings on X-t30

Hello

Id like to commit to shooting with Jpeg for a while to see how good everyone says it is. A lot of the jpeg settings I see online are mainly for film simulations.

Are the default profiles good to go or do they need some tweaking such as noise reduction, sharpness etc?
