New DLC - Caribbean Skies - mission 3

Anyone played the new DLC just yet ?

I'm stuck in mission 3 where I have to convince some doctors and I cannot figure out how to work with the cargo airports. It seems that teamsters don't pick up goods that come in to the airport.

Any ideas?
