Gear 4 ==Life growth ??

I was just watching ennies lobby fights and realised that Gear 4 is kind a similar to Life growth techniques used by Kumadori & Rob Lucci . Kumadori was able to digest a lot of food & grow his body . Mid fight Rob Lucci adjusted his hybrid form middle battle.

Luffy changes his body from a man to a monster. He is able to inflate very muscle in his body the right way . He is even able to use skywalk in this form. Thoughts ?
