There's a narrator and a creator of a creepy pasta series that reminds me of an anime. I cant remember what it's called

Its about a guy who some how ends up in a situation where he meets a girl with special powers who is hunted by an organization that made her. The maine guy ends up with powers and can shoot stuff if he points his hand at it although he didn't originally have this power. Its a creepy pasta and not a show or movie. I think its by a Micheal something something. Pls help.
