24 fps and 60 fps videos on the same timeline?

So I'm starting a YT channel and I was wondering about this FPS dilemma. When shooting sports I've understood it's better to go for higher fps like 60. However, the training footage itself would be B-roll(ish) and the main footage would be more about standard vlogging with 24fps. Is there a way to to create a premiere project so that it mixes different fps videos without changing the original fps?
