I changed my address and now they need more information from me. What do I do?

I moved recently and figured it would be good to update my address in the portal in case they send me tax documents in the next few months. A day later I got a notification saying they need to confirm my identity, even though I'm not currently claiming unemployment. Problem is, they request a copy of my Social Security card which is with my parents in a storage locker in the middle of nowhere and is basically inaccessible. My response is due by the 8th. What do I do? They said that they may make me pay back my past claims so I'm kind of freaking out.
