Going into CompSci, best programs?

So i'm applying right now, and ryerson is my #1 choice and york. I'm not applying for uoft and waterloo, because my average isn't high enough. But I was also thinking of applying to carelton and ottawa? Are they better choices than ryerson and york? Thanks!
