I gave bad review for a reccuring guest and feel bad about it now :(

I am a host of a one bedroom apartment. I had a guest stayed at our place last week. Let's call her Lisa. She stayed with us before. She asked for some discount in each stay and I gave it to her ($8 - $10 discount/night).

We always had pleasant and polite conversation. She usually left the place in a decent condition however this time it was a bit different. She left coffee on the coffee maker and there were mess on the freezer. It took me an hour to clean it. I thought to asked her about the mess but I am afraid she'd left a bad review. So I left an honest review, 5 for communication and 1 for cleanliness and observance of house rule. I describe that she is always polite, was a guest before but this time left the place in a bad condition.

The next day, I received a message from her apologize profusely and told me that she received a bad news from her family that morning. I feel bad now :(
