How to stay secure?
I was recently hacked due to negligence on my part and I want to make sure I have a way to remember the email account and passwords that I own (I have over 30 accounts so it’s hard to manage what goes with what) I tried saving it in one place and when that was leaked everything got compromised so I’m wondering what are the best free ways to stay secure in this modern era?
I have the MacBook M1 if that matters

I recommend Dashlane. It’s a password manager that works superbly on MacBooks. (I use it myself). Dashlane also includes a built in VPN. Only downside is it’s not free, but it feels like you get what you pay for with Dashlane. Dashlane also has a native Mac app and that’s what I use rather than the browser extension. It includes fingerprint unlock, password creation tool, automatic password changing and a dark web tool to monitor and make sure your accounts haven’t been leaked. If you don’t want to pay a yearly fee for it, LastPass would be my second recommendation. Both include 2fa (physical Yubikey OR authentication app, which helps a lot.
thanks for the love
