Me and my girlfriend (both 23) both are addicted to porn

Really noticed when we started living together. Sex is cool but nothing feels like finishing yourself off. I can feel the tension when we both want to watch porn and finish ourself off, alone. It’s like we NEED to masturbate every few days for us to feel “normal” and clear headed.

We embraced it at first, watching porn together, etc But when we started living together... you can just feel the tension when one of us needs to “release”

Porn addiction is real for men & women . It’s ruining our relationships. I don’t want to go on a rant about how fucked up society is but damn. We’re all fucked up in the head.
