Hi Guys I need help is my cage too small still? And if so where could I get something bigger?

So because my hammies last habitat was way too small for both of my dwarfs I settled on a bin cage. The bin cages I have now are both H42 x W99 x D39.5cm. I'm worried that the 39.5cm length is too small. If this is fine please calm my worries.
