Leadership Role

Hi everyone! For my ECs, I'm lacking leadership roles to write in my essay.

I was wondering whether the following would count as leadership experience: During my first 2 years of undergrad, my brother and I started a private tutoring business from home where we tutored several kids from my neighborhood. I was in charge of scheduling and planning.

Would this be considered as leadership experience? TIA!!!
