Its not the answer to your question but it is relevent... you need an upgrade. Hunt isnt a lightweight fps like csgo or valorant. Your processor isnt great and the card is on the lower end of 2 generations ago. Youd have a better experience on console even.

This helped me a lot:

I have a similar setup, MSI dominator pro laptop, i7, 1060, 16gb. On lowest settings I get 80+ FPS.

Check your power plan, make sure your CPU isn't throttled when the laptop is plugged in.

Also check your CPU/GPU temps, it could be that your cooling is sub-optimal and the cpu is throttling.

If it's not a dedicated gaming laptop, then I'll wager it's temp throttling. You can toss all the high-end stuff into a laptop you want, but if it isn't kept cool, it won't perform.

Try techpowerup GPU-z for monitoring if your laptop doesn't have one already.

Also no vsync, I lock my fps at 90 so it doesn't overwork itself

I run all the lowest settings for generic settings. Resolution scale at 80, no 2 pass, no gpu tesselation (surprisingly it lags me).

I have a laptop of two years with the same specs. My cpu was overheating and was being throttled. Was causing me hell in hunt. Turns out the 8750 is known for overheating in laptops. This video fixed it right up for me. Highly recommend checking it out in case you have the same issue!

Before the game ran at 70 fps before it would drop to 20 on minimum settings, now it runs 90 fps consistently

I mean you have a 1060 so of course you won’t be getting 60fps

You need to upgrade your CPU. That will give you a big performance jump. After that I'd upgrade your GPU too, but the CPU is definitely priority.

I've tried everything I can think of and still cannot get a stable 60fps
