Both HDD not being detected by BIOS after switching PSU, but my SSD is?

Solved

I have recently switched out my PSU to a EVGA 750, and after plugging everything in my PC booted with no problem. My boot drive is a 850 evo and launched with no problem. However my WD blue hard drives (both of them!) are not showing up as detected in my windows partition menu or my BIOS.

My motherboard is a B350f. I tried changing where the Sata data cables are plugged in, switching the SATA cables location where it’s plugged into my PSU, and even swapped the Sata cables from my SSD to my HDD. My SSD still booted normally and my HDD still was undetected.

I’m really at a loss as to what the issue could be. Could I have fried BOTH hard drives at the same time when I switched the PSU?

I also updated BIOS and still nothing. Any help would be much appreciated
