Bluetooth device can't connect to PC, PC says device is already paired, also refuses to remove device from list

I got a new motherboard in my PC with built in bluetooth. Previously, I used a bluetooth dongle to connect my controller and earbuds. But now I go into bluetooth and it says those devices are already paired. I try to connect to them and it says it cant. I try to add them as new ones and they dont show up. I try to remove them from the list and it says it fails to. What do I do to fix this?
