Looking for a Cabal

Is there a reason no one is spamming me looking for me to join a Cabal? I'm so used to just finding myself in guilds/kins/fleets in other games because I just click accept. Is it possible I have clicked a setting to make myself unrecruitable?

How do I find a suitable cabal without trying them out?

Is there a positive, busy cabal that runs endgame content and is happy to take on someone who has experience running small group content in other games, but isn't that interested in running raids? I'm really interested in running 3 to 5 man stuff.
