How to preserve item gaps relatively same

I have a container DIV and it's height is 80vh, so it resizes when browser window is resized.

In the container I have item divs and their top-values are precisely set (top value is pixelwise set by a function). Because gaps can't be even, I can't use flexbox, I think. How can I make gaps stay relatively same while resizing window?
