Starting School With New Nickname

Hello everyone! Just wanted to post due to new name anxieties. So I've decided I want to go by Finn short for Fiona ( haven't legally changed to Fiona yet due to Coronavirus and the paperwork headache). I have always felt a little weird about gender but could never place a finger on it (afab). Turns out the term gray gender is perfect. I switch from girl to no gender. I therefore have settled on a name that is feminine with a neutral nickname. I love my new name but am now starting on my Bachelor's degree all online. My legal name is not related to Finn at all and now I'm nervous after posting my introduction post for class that I should have just stuck with my legal name. I know this a step closer to being true to myself but the anxiety is awful. Anyway thanks for letting me get these feelings of my chest
