Food for though food for thought: think about it a little longer and realize there are way more das and neg positions than fism. Like, I'm not here for a giant fight of throwing insults back and forth; I just genuinely think it would be interesting and fun to debate. And I mean both sides when I say that, not just Aff as many are hasty to point out.

Ive put some thought into it. I feel like it is an interesting topic but not one that is conducive to a year long debate. Its basically cjr without ptx links. Viable disads are spending, fism, ptx, and corporate backlash. But those are basically terminally thumped. Spending has been going up year after year and fism has been eroiding. Leaving basically ptx as the only ground. With dem controlled house and senate rly the only ptx is going to be horsetrading which is rly bad. Sure their might be good disads for certain affs but that isnt sufficient to justify a whole resolution. Russia on the other hand has every aff link to alliances, un, china, and appeasement meaning debates will be more balanced rather then water where one side reads we should stop polluting water and the other side has nothing to say. This is just my opinion tho, i respect you voting for water cuz u like the resolution
