policy kids: “don’t vote water you’re not funny”

pf kids who weren’t going to vote at all: vote water

“Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its protection of water resources in the United States.” — everyone wants the Russia topic (“Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its diplomatic engagement with the Russian Federation regarding one or more of the following: arms control, the Arctic, cybersecurity, human rights.”) because of ground, I’m assuming.

I’m out of the loop, what is the water topic and why is it so hated?

Peak cringe 🤡🤡🤡
