we dont know the proccrate at 70 and if the armorpen scales down, candidate for betatest i guess.
could be good for some burst on low armor trashpacks like ballroom or in za

For sure, this is all hypothetical. I think the most likely nerf is one to the proc rate, but it might still be utilized depending on how much it is nerfed by (if it is at all).

Lol they nerfed it’s proc rate bro. You can’t even get to max stacks at level 70 while duel wielding. The higher level you go, the less of a chance it has to gain a charge when you use it.

While im absolutely with you on the clickbait topic it is painfully obvious from the thumbnail which item he will be talking about.
Ofc that only applies if you are at all familiar with the Badge so you might have a point.
I'm familiar with Badge but the thumbnail is way too small for me to see the trinket. It's ~5 pixels wide on my screen, all I recognize is the color.
