recipes for Asst Cook and Baker

Need some help some of the food recipes, or where I can find them. Raw Pumpkin pie? will Asst Cook prepare food from other mods? seems to save them, but I notice the other colonist wont request them. So she stands around not doing anything. Bee keeper is another issue. We are in the plain biome but still have no bees, colonist is mad. LOL Thanks for any help.
