Routing number

Anyone else having trouble getting other entities to recognize One? I have switched over all my auto pay items to One except two investment accounts, my pet insurance, and my gas utility. I've sent them all the documentation from One about the routing number, but they are all confused and so far have been unsuccessful. One of the investment accounts even uses Plaid, but I couldn't connect my One to it with Plaid nor manually.
