Hey! Nice poem. There are parts I enjoyed and parts where I can see need some improvement.

First, the 2nd line of the 2nd stanza, 'Illusions and delusions', doesn't add much to the poem. In general you want to avoid using abstract words that don't directly describe something. It brings the reader out of focus, I find. I get that you're trying to show that your search only brings you to illusions and delusions, but I feel there could be a better way of describing that without directly writing these words.

Next, I enjoyed the third stanza. It really brings up in my mind the idea that your search is reaching out, as if through ether, far and wide, to eventually be reached by that special someone. That part succeeded at least for me.
